Privacy and cookies

This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit this guide, why it is processed and what rights you have under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We keep things lean: there are no user accounts, no comment forms and no mailing list.

Who is responsible

The site is run by a small independent editorial team. You can reach us about anything on this page using the contact details on our About page. We aim to answer requests within one month, as the law requires.

Server logs

Pages are delivered through a content delivery network. Like any web server, it records technical logs: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and the response code. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website to process these logs, and they are deleted automatically after a short period.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which buttons are clicked. Google sets cookies or similar identifiers and processes device information, page views and a shortened form of your IP address. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and data may be transferred to the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can block analytics at any time by refusing cookies in your browser or using a tracking blocker; the site works the same without it.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address. The fonts are used purely to display the text consistently.

The embedded demo

The Huff N' Puff CollectR 2 demo loads only after you press the button. From that moment your browser connects to ELK Studios' game servers, which may process technical data such as your IP address and device details under their own policies. If you never press the button, no connection is made.

Partner links

Buttons marked ‘Play for real money’ pass through a short redirect page to a partner casino. The partner records that the visit came from us so that any commission can be attributed. Once you land on their site, their privacy notice applies.

Cookies at a glance

We do not use cookies to run the pages themselves. Cookies come only from Google Analytics and, after you load it, from the game demo. You can clear them in your browser settings whenever you like.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure, usually a matter of days. Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted automatically. We do not combine either with any other information about you, and we never sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests and to data portability. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Security, children and changes

Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we never ask for payment details. The site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If our services or this notice change, we will update the date at the bottom of the page.
